Katharine is a chiropractor working with simplicity and love, in dedication to the body’s innate and infinite capacity to heal.

Chiropractic is an ancient art form and healing technique which, by way of the central nervous system, can open the doorway to reveal the sweetest expression of who we are - whole and holy Human Beings.

I experienced a direct knowing that I would become a chiropractor as a toddler, the first time that I walked into a chiropractic practice. This knowing deepened through experience over years of care, continually helping me find home in my body. Chiropractic care helped me integrate life experience, while opening a window into my true nature.

I discovered NetworkSpinal before attending chiropractic school and it completely changed my life. My physical, emotional and mental health went through deep, long lasting changes. NetworkSpinal helped me access innate capacity and inner freedom — transforming my health after healing from Lyme Disease for over seven years.

This approach to healing shifted my experience of being in my body, widening my somatic awarenes, I found myself experiencing a new spaciousness in being.

I was a long distance runner, Division 1 collegiate rower, running coach and personal trainer for many years ~ and the long term stress of competitive endurance athletics left my body in a sympathetic or fight/flight dominant state. With continued spinal care, I experienced my body waking up, becoming aware of subtle sensation and sensitivity. I felt an aligned sense of presence emerging as patterns unwound. This care continues to be a gentle pathway home to embodying true nature.

My heart feels deeply fulfilled in this work, inviting grace and the unique beauty to rise to the surface from within each person I have the opportunity to work with. Spending time with the spine and nervous system has given me the gift of seeing how wholeness is our nature. Coming home to who we have always been is the most natural thing we can do.

Blessed we are to dance on this ground with the rhythm of saints to carry the sound.

We hold a prayer for the Earth, for the ones yet to come -

May you walk in beauty and remember your song.
