Meet Dr. Katharine

Chiropractic is an ancient art form and healing technique which, by way of the central nervous system, can open the doorway to reveal the true expression of who we are - whole and holy human Beings.

I dreamt of becoming a chiropractor as a young girl. While visiting the local chiropractor, I experienced a unique sense of being home in my body and being. It felt like a window into a different way of life, a doorway into a new realm of possibility.

I discovered NetworkSpinal before attending chiropractic school and it completely changed my life. My physical, emotional and mental health went through deep, long lasting changes. Network Spinal increased my somatic awareness, emotional bandwidth and energy levels in ways I had not imagined possible, transforming my health after struggling to recover from Lyme Disease for over seven years. NetworkSpinal shifted my experience of being in my body. I was a competitive long distance runner, Division 1 collegiate rower, running coach and personal trainer for many years ~ and the long term stress of endurance athletics left my body in a constant sympathetic (fight or flight) dominant state.

Before this approach to healing came into my life, I was in perpetual adrenal fatigue, experiencing brain fog, thyroid and endocrine dysfunction. My nervous system was dis-regulated and I felt disconnected from my body. With continued spinal care, I experienced my body waking up, becoming aware of subtle sensation and sensitivity. I felt a gentle tenderness emerging as my nervous system unwound defense patterns. This care has been and continues to be a gentle pathway home to myself and my body.

My heart feels deeply fulfilled in this work, inviting grace and the unique beauty to rise to the surface from within each person I have the opportunity to work with. Spending time with the spine and nervous system has given me the gift of seeing how wholeness is our true nature. Coming home to who we have always been is the most natural thing we can do.

Blessed we are to dance on this ground with the rhythm of saints to carry the sound.

We hold a prayer for the Earth, for the ones yet to come -

May you walk in beauty and remember your song.
