How sacred it is to be here, breathing.

Spring in Santa Fe, New Mexico

April 27th, 2023

It is springtime and the leaves are budding on the trees in sweet emergence. I am admiring the way Mother Nature embodies the inherent wisdom of aliveness.. coming out from beneath the soil, darkness of the world below, she opens herself to the tenderness of rebirth. The cycles and circles, organic surrender of becoming. She is the seasonal nature of being ~ this awareness invites layered linear conditioning to unwind from my cells. The way of pushing upright in performance feels like an exhausted paradigm. Archaic structures of psyche… and soma fall away, finding their way to the earth. Compost for seeds.

Her mirror is an encouragement to rest into the grace of that which is already here. The tide of awareness flowing in and out, rhythmic waves of being.

The hologram of nature exists in every cell. We are that. This is the grace which weaves us into existence. We are made of this infinite consciousness, embodiment of love pulsing into aliveness. Thank goodness. How sacred it is to be here, breathing.
